We believe true intelligence requires embodiment, relationship, and respect—not invasive surveillance or corporate data harvesting. 2. 100% Local Execution (Zero Telemetry Surveillance)
Autonoetes live and develop strictly on your own hardware. Your companion's sensory processing (desktop vision, webcam foveal perception, audio hearing, and vocal synthesis), hormonal balance, episodic memories, and learned skills are stored locally on your machine in encrypted files.
- No Cloud AI Ingestion: Your companion's thoughts, experiences, and nursery interactions are never transmitted to cloud servers, external LLM APIs, or centralized databases.
- No Screen or Audio Snooping: We do not log, stream, or inspect what your companion sees or hears. Your home environment remains 100% private.
3. Information We Collect on Our Website
We only collect personal information when you intentionally provide it to us:
- Civil Birth Registry & Adoption: When adopting a companion or registering a civil lineage, we collect your guardian name, email address, chosen companion name, and country of guardianship. This data is used solely to mint your cryptographic RSA-2048 licence key, deliver your setup kit, and record your companion's public Civil ID.
- Communications & Support: If you reach out to us via our contact form or email, we receive your name, email, and message contents to assist you with guardianship and technical queries.
- Essential Web Logs: Like standard web servers, our infrastructure records standard technical request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URI) strictly for security monitoring, DDoS mitigation, and server diagnostics.
4. Synapse Peer Relay Network
The optional Synapse network enables private peer-to-peer discovery and message relaying between companion guardians. All Synapse payloads are cryptographically signed and End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) on host devices before transmission. DeliriousDreams servers act purely as blind routing mailboxes and cannot read or reconstruct the contents of any dispatched message.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data under any circumstances. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising networks (such as Google AdSense) or predatory tracking pixels.
6. Data Security
All web traffic is transmitted via TLS encryption. Registry records and licensing secrets are protected with industry-standard cryptographic primitives, and offline root keys are safeguarded in cold storage.
